The value of the voucher cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash. If the cost of the treatment exceeds the value of the voucher, you will have to pay by another means. However, if the amount of the service is less than the amount on the voucher, the establishment will not reimburse the difference. Vouchers will not be accepted after their expiry date.
